T.O.W10: Stats.

The stats page located on the dashboard of my blog is a HUGE help for companies and PR practitioners. It helps the person monitoring it knows how the status is going and how much activity is going on. This allows the creator to also view how many comments, views, or posts are in a certain category.

Although I don’t look at the status of my blog often, it is good for me to have so I know I’m keeping a constant pace of how often I use my blog.

Kids in the kitchen!

I think cooking is a great way to interact and get everyone together. Also I think it’s a great way to bring the family together. Here is a video I recently saw on the food network where Giada involves “kids in the kitchen” I think this episode can be seen in many ways, for which we communicate and interact with each other.

One day without shoes.

TOMS SHOES

Have you ever seen people walking around in shoes and they say “TOM” on the side? Or maybe they have different designs on them?

Those are TOM shoes and whenever someone buys a pair The foundation sends a brand new pair to a kid in another country who has no shoes. I believe TOM is communicating to the world that we are here to help the need. The United States finds a away to communicate to other countries in many ways. Whether it be hunger, homelessness, health, etc.

The video below shows a day committed just to TOM shoes. This day is set for people to walk around for one full day without shoes to see what it would be like if you had none.

BUY A PAIR TODAY!

Is the NFL going SOFT??

Recently there have been a lot of concussions taking place in the NFL due to “helmet-to-helmet” hits. Because of these hits, players have been getting fined at high prices ($75,000). My take on this, NFL players knew what they were signing up for from the get go. Not just NFL players does this affect, it affects anyone who plays the sport of football. It is a contact sport in which it is possible you will get hurt.

The one thing I will agree with is, It shouldn’t happen so often and the players do need to watch there safety. To be fined so much is the issue for me. Check out the video below and see TO and Ocho Cincos’ regards to the issue.

Boys will be Girls

Check out this HILLARIOUS and informative video. I think it is completely true in come cases, and completely false in others. It basically is a lesson on how men think women communicate and our ways when it comes to relationships.

Texting=DISORDER

Above is a YouTube video talking about how texting is a problem, or a disorder. I am a proud “texter” but I would never see it  turning into a public health issue, nor do i see it as a concern. Texting, yes, is easy and fun today. But in our society today I believe texting, or emailing is a better way to communicate in some situations. Our society thrives off of it.

The Social Network

Trailer

Going into this movie I thought it was going to be great. I had no idea how much of a genius and “confident” person it took to create Facebook. This movie to me, shows the “in” and “out” of media in society. This movie proved how quickly something can be transported across the internet. This movie was amazing and I believe anyone who has a Facebook account should see it and tell me what they thought about it.
